Mission Statement

CareMed Corp™ seeks to become the nation’s premier provider of state-of-the-art Medical Information Systems for ambulatory providers. CareMed Corp™ will continually research and incorporate into its products the dynamic devices that evolve as a result of the technological explosion.

Our mission is to protect physicians from malpractice suits associated with managing large numbers of patients, to nurture their struggling practices and make them viable, and to impart vitality to them so that they grow vivaciously.

The vast majority of the nation’s physicians are currently in a solo practice. We predict that these smaller entities will all evolve into larger groups in the future and that existing medical information systems will be incorporated into the expanded practices. The goal of CareMed Corp™ is to be in position and functioning optimally as these mergers occur.
